Russell L. Carbine (Rusty), President

Rusty grew up in a construction family with his father as original owner of Carbine Construction Company, incorporated in 1972. He has been involved in the construction and development business for over 42 years. Currently own and manage over 175,00 sf of retail and office space in the Shoals area, as well as partners on numerous other developments in the southeast.

William H. Alexander, III ( Trey) Vice President of Construction

From a young age Trey knew he wanted to work in the construction industry. With a background in Civil Engineering and his experience managing a civil construction company he has a wide range of expertise. Currently he owns and operates a civil engineering firm and a civil construction business in Northwest Alabama.

Bradley N. Williams (Brad) Vice President of Pre-construction

Brad has been working in the engineering and construction industry for over 26 years. He has been involved in the construction and development of almost every project within the City of Muscle Shoals for more than 20 years. Currently he owns and manages a civil engineering firm and civil construction business here in the Shoals.
